The mayor of Cogsville.
He is the son of the leader of the council of invention, who was killed by Atlas.
He inherited all of his father's work and is a genius, he's constantly tinkering and creating new inventions.
He oversees the security of his people and created the blueprints for most of Cogsville's public technology, including the Cogsville Golems.
He oversees the wellbeing of his town and (when he isn't tinkering) watches Cogsville from his tower through security cameras.
