Creator of the Bloodlink Sword.
He's a notable crime lord in the black market and leads the Fang Cultists, which are his minions that do his bidding.
Any blood collected by a bloodlink sword is magically transported to him, making him stronger.
He possesses incredible strength, speed and stamina, as long as he has blood to feed on.
Like most vampires, he cannot be in contact with sunlight without burning, and has most of their weaknesses, like needing to be invited into homes, garlic, stakes, crucifixes, and other things.
His motives revolve around his own personal benefit, as he wants control over organized crime and wealth.
