Commander Blight
Blight is a special ops commando and leader of The Tesla Commandos he's not recorded to have any special powers and he doesn't use magic but is well informed on electric related magic as he does read about it a lot in his free time, he has the Tesla Commando uniform which is paired with his power boots and power gloves, he has an electric spear and he has a tesla coil pack that produces most of the power to his gear.
He is very agile and is a tactical menace as he can assess situations with expertise where he has made it out of many near death experiences, he's a decent cook too.
His history dates back to some of the early clones of Atlas, his consciousness has been transferred between bodies 3 times and he got more tactically wise through every mission he's been in, he is a valued member of The Legion that operates a special operations group that deals with varieties of missions. He used to be a Soldier and he steadily got promoted then once he reached a high performance stage Atlas saw potential in him and kept him living throughout the rise of The Legion.
