Dwarvish
Dwarvish language is full of hard consonants and guttural sounds, and those characteristics spill over into whatever other languages a dwarf might speak. Different ethnicities of dwarves might have slightly differing accents, but they managed to maintain the usage of the same language over the millennia. So a Fjelldar speaking dwarvish would sound slightly harsher to a much more softer accent adopted by the Hoydar. On the other hand, the Duergar speak with a sharper accentuation on the sounds K, G, H, P and B, using more of their lips to pronounce them.
