Circumstances of Birth: Tsubashi Sento found a beautiful young lady on a visit to the palace mistook her for a servant and had relations with her only later realizing later that she was the third princess of Kokka. The pregnancy was hidden, and upon the birth of twins one was gifted the life of a legitimate child and the other was sent to become a weapon in service to the Emperor as payment for the error.

He has a tattoo of a lotus flower in the middle of his lower back where it would be hidden from his sight. In addition is entire back is covered in whip, burn and acid scaring from when he fished his training and was tested. His chest and arms are likewise now scared from mostly burns and cut marks.

Personal history

Sukoshi was born an illegitimate child of a Kokkan nobleman and a princess along with his twin sister Kashi. At the time of the pregnancy it was decided that the child would be offered in service to the emperor to pay for the crimes of the father in sleeping with a princess. When twins were born the male was chosen for service and the girl was gifted a normal life.
Sukoshi was raised at Hwarang house then (Flower Kinghts) as part of the deto, a branch of the Kokkan military trained from birth to eliminate threats from the sky or land. he particularly excelled there passing initiative at 16, normally not taken till 20 and entering into the service of the emperor. Initiative consists of a two week period where the student is tortured and has to refrain from telling a series of 6 numbers to prove that in a situation he can endure and thus can be trusted with information.
After a year and a half of service, he was sent after a high profile target in Tir Cendel and subsequently failed defeated by the former blue cloak Archerd. The elf however saw his past self in the deto and instead of killing him took him hostage. Twice Sukoshi tried to commit Sepiku to restore his honor and was forcibly stopped by Archerd. Eventually the friendship given By the lord and the staff overcame his resolve to tradition and he chose instead to stay and aid this lord and understand the reason for killing instead of just being a weapon. Chenyoel, Head of Hwarang, did come to bring him back fought with Archerd and respected the decision in part from shared faith. In this time Sukoshi learned of Eylon, perfected his common, and in general lived happy and purposefully. Spring of 1700 he was sent to Middlemarch investigating rumors of pale and learned that he had a twin sister. When he later met her he vowed in his heart that he would do whatever necessary to protect her and ensure her happiness. He gave her a teleport heal and covered the parties back, only to return and find her captured. Despite others urging him to wait and work as a team he could bare it no longer and had to go to at least scout the situation. He found the camp preparing to execute her by fire. no time for hesitation he acted giving her his teleport heal, closing his eyes, and driving his glaive into her chest. He was subsequently captured and wounded to bleed out but fulfilled in his purpose, as Kokka was devastated for spite. However the Sanctified relented and brought him back from the brink to torture him to try and find her location. The pain came more as a welcome distraction keeping him from dwelling on what it was like to end her life. But learning of Kokka fate tormented his mid as well. Eventually he was rescued by Donindor band and soon after Archer came having heard of his fate and came to rescue him. He then went back to heal with his sister. When she died he was the first to find her and almost followed the same path the only think that stayed his hand was the letter left for him knowing that she wanted him to live on. Yet he felt like he had failed everyone from his nation to his family to everyone that had sacrificed for him. He tries to move on and make up for his mistakes even though he knows he never could do enough.

Mental Trauma

Was made to be a weapon and has had to kill without question before. Is often haunted wondering if his past targets were actually innocent.
Made a pledge in his hear to protect his sister but ultimately failed.
Though he loved his family and honored and was proud of his line they never came to see him or responded to his letters. Now they are all dead as far as he knows. He wished he could have at least seen their face.
In part blames himself for the destruction of Kokka.

Motivation

He is foremost a protector and secondly a justice seeker. He does not mind being the person to do the dirty work if dirty work needs to be done, and will never be unnecessarily cruel. He ultimately sees his life as meant to serve and protect those more important than himself: women and children first and then to protect the leaders.
