Dark Matter06/21/2019 Looks up and smiles but with a touch of sadness, pushing herself to her feet. “The same to you.” Glances over the figure.
VioletofSherwood06/21/2019 The person who had blended into the surrounding woods appears. She has dark black hair, brown skin, and is clothed in leather. The girl appears to be in her twenties and is studying Jade. “You have been staring at the water for awhile... what troubles you?”
Dark Matter06/21/2019 Shrugs and smiles in a way that's cautious, but easy at the same time. “...Ah, it's nothing. Just needed some space to think...”

Dark Matter06/21/2019 Shrugs. “I'm not sure...A tree tried to eat someone. But maybe that's normal around here...Everything is different here from what I'm used to.”

Dark Matter06/21/2019 “Ah...well, I'm not certain what people call it. I've never been outside of my world before or heard of anything outside. It's very large, I think.”

Dark Matter06/21/2019 “I was lost in a storm...or, at least, that's the short version.” Laughs quietly.

ThatGuyOverThere06/21/2019 A soft humming sound is heard not far off. Someone is quietly singing a small tune. "La da da daaa Lada dee doo!"

In this dream I traveled very far ‘til I was at a river.” Gestures with her hand. “Much like this one. After this, I was on a horse traveling far yet again, with many warriors. I am here, waiting to see where the Great and Holy Elyon leads me next.”

So I've been taught since I was hatched. The Mantis are not to get involved unless directly provoked.” “Yet it pains me to see people die and for me to just...stand by and watch.”

Dark Matter06/21/2019 Shrugs. “Perhaps...but I can't take sides...” Swallows. “The Mantis are my people, though. If I break their rules, who else do I have?” Sighs. ”They're not all bad. I just think that maybe they don't know where the breaking point is anymore.”

VioletofSherwood06/22/2019 Nascha: “4 seasons ago, my people divided. We had lived in unity, trusting the wisdom of our elders for many for generations. When the Pale War arrived during our ancestor’s time our elders had visions and dreams of a time when our unity would be divided. The elders fought strongly to defend our people and our culture... We removed ourselves from bordering countries and lived off the land the Great Spirit, Elyon, provided for us... yet in our isolation came destruction. Our elders passed on the legacy of fear to their children and their children's children. My people kept trying to uphold our ancient traditions... but some were better left forgotten. Eventually, some began to worship pagan idols and said that Elyon was the false God, that the dreams our ancestors had were not about the division of our people but about the traitors to the true gods and that they needed to be thrown out of our land or killed. That is when the true division happened among my people. Some chose to follow the old ways with the Pale’s influence, and others chose to follow the leading of Elyon. We then divided into tribes. Brother against brother, father against son, and mothers wept for their loss. Others chose neither side and left the land. Our people, our family was divided by the lies of Pale after all.” Looks up at Jade. “You will need to make your choice too... based not on your people or your heart, you must base it upon where Elyon leads you.”

Because of that evil still lurks in our world, and we who believe in Elyon must fight to spread the truth of Elyon throughout the world. This sometimes mean we must shed blood to in an effort to fight against this evil, but many can fight in more ways than taking up a weapon.”

VioletofSherwood06/22/2019 Nascha: “4 seasons ago, my people divided. We had lived in unity, trusting the wisdom of our elders for many for generations. When the Pale War arrived during our ancestor’s time our elders had visions and dreams of a time when our unity would be divided. The elders fought strongly to defend our people and our culture... We removed ourselves from bordering countries and lived off the land the Great Spirit, Elyon, provided for us... yet in our isolation came destruction. Our elders passed on the legacy of fear to their children and their children's children. My people kept trying to uphold our ancient traditions... but some were better left forgotten. Eventually, some began to worship pagan idols and said that Elyon was the false God, that the dreams our ancestors had were not about the division of our people but about the traitors to the true gods and that they needed to be thrown out of our land or killed. That is when the true division happened among my people. Some chose to follow the old ways with the Pale’s influence, and others chose to follow the leading of Elyon. We then divided into tribes. Brother against brother, father against son, and mothers wept for their loss. Others chose neither side and left the land. Our people, our family was divided by the lies of Pale after all.” Looks up at Jade. “You will need to make your choice too... based not on your people or your heart, you must base it upon where Elyon leads you.”
ThatGuyOverThere06/22/2019 "And what other choice do you have?" Beakerson adds. "Sit back and watch everyone risk their lives against the pale, knowing you could be help? Look at me. I don't even fight, yet it doesn't stop me from helping others in the fight."

Many of us do not wish to make the same mistake.”

Will Elyon be your God and the Master of your life, or will it be your Council who are just as prone to falsehood as anyone, or will you only trust yourself which can lead to a very lonely and isolated life.” Nascha Stands. “This is your choice. Who will you serve?”

He saved our world in many ways, but his enemy is still out there trying to deceive as many people as he can and keep them from a beautiful eternity with Elyon. Because of that evil still lurks in our world, and we who believe in Elyon must fight to spread the truth of Elyon throughout the world. This sometimes mean we must shed blood to in an effort to fight against this evil, but many can fight in more ways than taking up a weapon.”
