The monk throws an ice spike which pierces one of the other riders armor and kills him, the other, the fire does little, and he swats his sword at his head. Same with Maki, the ice spike kills one of the seven surrounding her and Nascha, the fire does little to no damage. Nascha's arrows clink off their helmets, one from her volley hits a horse, sending the rider tumbling. The one Squire attacks rears his horse up in response, tries to stomp her with the hooves.
