Dragons and Giants create the Masks of Power and recreate the world. Iritsi the Skyweaver, Abetsun the Harmonious, Tatsume the Mighty, Dunsol the Wise, Mytyr the Sun Child, Broxnas the Swift, Jolfireh the Blessed, Phral the Virtue Seeker, Istiri the Earth Mender, all come together to form the Council of IX. Mortal races soon populate the reborn world and begin spreading throughout the land.
