Ordo Vexillum
Some Jaegers are suited to inspiration and leadership, whose mere presence is empowering to their allies. These warriors, often called Ensigns, are the spearhead of the hunt, and their zeal is supernaturally infectious.
Aspect of the Hunt
Starting when you consign yourself to this order at 3rd level, you blaze a trail in your swiftness for others to follow. Whenever you Dash while you have the Slayer's Initiative, allies within 5 feet of you can spend their reactions to move up to their full movement speed with you. This radius increases to 15ft at level 10, and to 20 feet at level 17.
Inspirational Presence
Also at 3rd level, your grace in battle is reflected by grace in the hall. You gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill. If you are already proficient in it, you gain proficiency with one of the following skills of your choice: Insight, Intimidation, or Performance.
Savior's Parry
Starting at 6th level, you defend your fellows in the hunt with as much vigor as you defend yourself. You may also defend allies within the radius of your Aspect of the Hunt with your Weapon Parry feature. If you successfully reduce an attack's oncoming damage to 0 using your Weapon Parry feature, you take the slayer's Initiative until the end of your next turn.
Fly the Colors
Starting at 11th level, your presence inspires greater assault. As a bonus action, you can let loose a rallying cry. When you do, allies within your Aspect of the Hunt score a critical hit on a roll of a 19-20 until the end or your turn. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and all expended uses are regained at the end of a long rest.
Pack Rally
Also at 11th level, your vigor summons similar strength in others. Whenever you benefit from the Hunter's rally feature, allies within the radius of your Aspect of the Hunt gain a number of temporary hit points equal to half your jaeger level, rounded down.
Magna Vexilla
Starting at 17th level, your alacrity extends to those under your banner. Whenever you would benefit from the Evasion feature while any creatures within the radius of your Aspect of the Hunt are making the same dexterity save as you, you can extend that benefit to them for the save.
