You wrap a willing creature in a cloak of silence. Noises that the target makes make can only be heard by a creature that they are touching.

While a creature is affected by this spell they can still speak, including to perform the verbal components of a spell.

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target an additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
