This spell is a rare kind of basic magic that allows the caster to manipulate magnetic energy, directing metallic objects around them. When you cast the spell, choose one of the effects below.

- You target a metallic object you can see within range that isn't being worn or carrier. The weight of the object (in pounds) can not exceed your spellcasting ability modifier, or the spell fails. The spell also fails if the object is affixed to another object or structure that would prevent its movement. You pull the object directly towards you up to 15 feet at a harmless speed. If this movement leaves the object within 5 feet of you and you have a free hand, your can use your reaction to catch the object with a successful DC 10 Dexterity ability check.

- You target a metallic object being held by a creature you can see within range. That creature must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is disarmed of the object, and the object is pulled up to 10 feet towards you at a harmless speed. This counts as a disarm attempt.

- You target a Medium or smaller creature wearing metallic armor. The target must succeed a Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 10 feet towards you. The target has disadvantage on the saving throw if it is wearing plate armor or is made primarily made of metal (such as warforged). If this movement leaves the target within 5 feet of you, it is Grappled until the end of your next turn (Escape DC equal to your spell save DC)

At Higher Levels. The distance you can target and move things with this spell, as well as the weight of objects for the first option increases at 5th level (Range 45 feet, Distance pulled increased by 10 feet for {25, 20, and 20} respectively and the object weight can now be twice your spell casting modifier) Both ranges of distance and movement increase by 10 feet (35, 30, 30), as well as the weight limit increasing to 3 your spellcasting mod at 11th level, and again at 17th level (45, 40, 40 feet and weight lower than 4 your spell mod).
