Fate Weaver

Most rogues already toy with people's lives beyond their control, fate weavers take it one step further. These rogues use their weapons as needles to weave a tapestry of events that always ends up with them on top. Thieves' guilds know that sending a fate weaver always seems to turn up green.

Fate weavers are more often then not, blessed by veera the god of fate in some way shape or form. Plucking at the same golden strands to twist events into their vision of how things should be.

The Effects of this subclass count as Divine in addition to Arcane.

Destined Need

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you always seem to have the right skills for the job. Whenever you would make a tool or skill check you are not proficient in that are options for you in the rogue skills list, you may gain proficiency in that skill or tool until you complete a long rest. Once you have done so, you cannot do so again until you lose the current proficiency by resting.

Threads of Fate

At 3rd level, your blade is a needle that sews luck itself. Whenever you hit a creature with a sneak attack, you may connect a ethereal golden thread of fate from the creature to another target of your choice, creating a divine cause and effect. Designate the "Cause" associated with the target of the thread based on the table below, and the "effect" if the action is taken . The first time the fated creature takes the "cause" action, the thread of fate is consumed, and the resulting "cause" is triggered.

You have a number of these "fate threads" equal to half your rogue level rounded up, regaining pb uses at the end of a short rest, and all uses at the end of a long rest. You also regain a use of fate threads whenever you roll a natural 20, or an enemy within 15ft rolls a natural 1.

Weaver's Touch

At 9th level, your threads of fate become far more tangible to you, allowing new feats of manipulation. You may now move across the threads as if they were a physical object, the thread is treated as Guided Terrain (you may move 2ft for every 1 ft of movement you spend). The actual "squares" the threads occupy is a line between any two creatures or objects linked through a thread of fate.

Additionally, you may grab and twist these now tighter threads of fate. As a reaction, you may grab at a strand of fate whenever one of the fated creatures makes a d20 test related to thread of fate. Roll a d8, and add or subtract(your choice) it from the result of the d20 test.

Ordained Needle

At 13th level, your threads increase in strength and power, you may now expend two fate threads to choose from the following "major" fate thread options when choosing effects on linked creatures. Alternatively a Major "Cause" can be linked to two minor "Effect"s which both trigger when the major Cause is taken

Additionally, you may now regain fate threads whenever any creature within 30ft of you rolls a natural 20 or natural 1.
