Downtime Activities
Downtime represents when the players aren't actively adventuring or pursuing a present goal. Small chunks of downtime can be taken during some rests, or in certain travel scenarios, whereas longer amounts could be a reward or choice made by the players. Some campaigns may receive long periods of downtime frequently, while others (such as those using the "Tactics Node Adventure style") may have to sacrifice a resource to take downtime.
Downtime is split into 2 categories "Short Activities" and "Long Activities". This is based on if a "Activity" can be completed in an hour or less and as such can be done during a rest, or if it needs a full "day" of work allotted to it at once. Some activities may also have the "Station" tag, indicating that specialized equipment must be present in order to complete the activity.
Short Activities
There are many different small tasks a character can do in an hour, such as repairing equipment, preparing medicines or poisons, and much more. Some "Long Activities" or crafting tasks may be split up into "parts" or segments that can be completed as a short activity. Choices with the "Res" Tag can be done over the course of a respite instead of regaining hp. Some of the options are as follows:

Lesser/Greater Restoration and Regeneration
Station: Place where an injured creature can rest such as a village, house, or enclosed structure. This downtime activity can be purchased by a wounded character in certain towns.
-Treat Wound: During the course of a "Long Rest Downtime" Lesser restoration can be cast, allowing the creature to remake their save against a selected wound. This can only be attempted once per long rest, on a "minor" wound with a duration of "until cured". Attempting to do so on a Major Wound requires a casting of Greater restoration as long as it is not a "missing limb" injury.
-Heal Wound: A creature with a restoration spell prepared can spend a day of Downtime to cast "Lesser Restoration" on a minor wound, fully "curing" it. In order to do so with a "Major Wound" the Greater restoration spell must be prepared instead. If a creature has a "Missing" limb, and the limb is not present and preserved, the "Regeneration" spell must be cast instead.
