Asenguard

Welcome to Asengaurd, a fantasy world where adventurers are just starting. It’s been a long time coming, but the Age of Rebuilding is over, and a new age is beginning in Asenguard, but will it be one of Heroes, or will it be one of Villains. In Asengaurd, Nations stand ready for war, and monsters are returning to the world. Gods stride in the heavens and ancient beings seek to exact retribution. It is a world standing on the edge of a sword, and it needs Heroes to save it. Will you take up the challenge?

Asengaurd is not your standard fantasy world. Magic and the Divine have long been in contention, and many prefer the simplicity of the sword or the bow. Humans are only now becoming the dominate race, but others have had their time. Many adventures await as you face off against evil cults, search ancient ruins of the lost races and fallen civilisations, and fight to keep the dreaded Deadlands from growing.

Asengaurd is designed to be used with any fantasy system, and provides its own lore and legends, making changes to the standard while keeping the core principles of fantasy games such as DnD and Pathfinder. As such there are changes that will need making to standard games, but these changes will be left to the GM based on the information provided here. We hope that players and DMs will add to the legends and Lore of Asengaurd, advancing the adventure into the future, and allowing the world to adapt to each game uniquely.
