A hammock can be hung from a heavy branch or two trees and allows you to sleep above the ground. Getting out of or into a hammock requires half your movement.

Hammock's are a form of suspended bedding designed to keep the one using it off the ground as they sleep or rest. They are crafted out of woven cords, usually of hemp or linen. to form a sort of net.
Hammocks are moderately popular with wood elves both in the home and as a portable resting place while on the road. They also found frequent use among the native cultures of the chain, a use that spread to many of the ships that ply those waters. In several drow cultures, hammocks of spider silk were sometimes used by the poor and also by expedition and scouting parties, slung between speleothems or between walls of rifts.
