The Quill

Members of The Quill are known as Scriveners, though its guilds do much more than scribing. Guilds representing wizards, libraries, historians, booksellers, and arbitrators are part of The Quill.
There are rumors that The Quill traffics in other sorts of knowledge as well. Some say The Quill’s spies and thieves gather information to be used to advance their interests. The Quill roundly denies this.
The gnome Bartleby Cobalt speaks for The Quill. Cobalt is the cerebral and well-respected head sage of Dunagan's finest library.
