Arcadia
Upon a heath lies a city that glows with arcane energy. The main settlement for magic users is a sprawling, ordered city in which wizards, sorcerers and even the odd warlock conduct their research, experimentation, arcane enchanting and any other magical professions they pursue. Streets awash in the gentle glow of dancing lights, it is impossible to escape the influence that the arcane arts have had on the city.

The city of Arcadia is home to all manner of races and creatures, though the residents are almost exclusively practitioners of magic.

The city has no formal leader, though almost every citizen follows the rule and leadership of the Mage's Guild.

History
Arcadia began as a small settlement of mages. As the Mage's Guild was founded and began to gain traction, more people were drawn towards the settlement to be in the heart of magical advancement.
Architecture
The streets of Arcadia are crafted from a smooth stone. Each road is lined by magically preserved, perfectly maintained gardens of exotic flora. The buildings have a similar polished sheen, often with accents of crystal and bright, shining metals.
Geography
Arcadia lies upon a great, open heath that has allowed for the city's rapid expansion.
