Wanted: magic user

Citizens of Fogfalls, all across the town , claim that they have seen a spectral crow flying overhead for about a week now. 

The investigating team working with FFPD has noted the routes the bird would take and has come to the conclusion that the specter seems to be looking for something - or someone. With the assistance of the Ghost branch the bird has indeed been contacted and questioned.

Turns out Edalie, as she claims her name to be, is looking for a witch, mage or another magic user to be her owner.
