With this somewhat silly sounding name everyone in the worlds of Terra, Forice and Ronlor know the place to send especially magically gifted young people who do indicate in any way the desire to explore and look for adventure and glory. 
The organization is located in a connecting point between the three worlds. Its main base of operation, a building of massive size, even larger than what the initial sight can detect, is named The Nest and resembles one with its oval shaped frame, large slightly concave floor and the way it's fitted in the rocks on top of the tallest mountain of Forice. 
The main goal of The Rocking Egg is to detect and select people who can be trained to one day eventually professionally operate with the dangerous essence of multi-dimensional portals and the places they create and connect. The teachers in the organization are combined teams of military, magic users, language and culture specialists, mythology, biology, geology and space researches - all professionals in their own fields.

One who wants to become part of the elite Jumping Birds needs to go through tough and difficult five years to learn the following things and more alongside them:

• Meditation and physical disconnect from the exploring mind: (an advanced technique learned in the latest years) - how to sit yourself somewhere safe and dispatch your self/soul to still explore and be alert while at it, taking all the notes the research requires of you.
