The War of Freedom

The war against the Gods was waged by the Usurper Trinity - Godric Kador, Wulfwen Galus and Herward Shinum. Tired of the tyranny they were subjected to, they gathered 50 million soldiers to fight with them and launched a campaign to eradicate the heavens. Every soldier had The Black Blessing removed. 200 of these soldiers had an affinity with Starshadow sorcery plus the three leaders. This was the beginning of The Revolutionary Human Army. Sides clashed for 7 years, with the first God to be taken down being Darr. Slowly but surely, the Gods fell one by one and more people flocked to the cause. Finally, they confronted the last remaining God Odar and defeated him in battle though not without heavy losses.
