The Duke of Goldleaf proposes to Queen Luna that they form their convoy service to supplement the Royal Fortified Inns to help combat the A.I.C.'s raising costs. With the crown supplying a competitor the A.I.C.'s costs should lower and trade increase across the country. The motion was supported by most nobles including Countess Coldreach and Duke Stormgrain.
