Standard Racial Traits
- Ability Score Racial Traits: Woad Elves are nimble, both in body and mind, but their form is frail. They gain +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, and –2 Constitution.
- Type: Woad Elves are humanoids with the elf subtype.
- Size: Woad Elves are Medium creatures.
- Base Speed: Woad Elves have a base speed of 30 ft.
- Languages: Woad Elves begin play speaking Brigandine and Jiljagossan. Woad Elves with high Intelligence scores can choose from the following: Draconic, Gnoll, Goblin, Keimite, Orcish, and Throne. See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.
- Keen Senses: Woad Elves receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks.
- Elven Immunities: Woad Elves are immune to fatigue (but not exhaustion) and gain a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects. A woad elf's immunity to fatigue does not apply to fatigue applied as a penalty by one of their own abilities (such as rage), by not sleeping, or sleeping in poor conditions. When a woad elf is inflicted by fatigue this way, they are considered fatigued but suffer no negative effects.
- Weapon Familiarity: Woad Elves are proficient with the Woad Elf racial weapon group.
- Low-Light Vision: Woad Elves can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
- Forest Stride: Woad Elves move through non-magical difficult terrain in forest environments at normal speed.
Alternate Racial Traits
The following alternate racial traits may be selected in place of one or more of the standard racial traits above. Consult your GM before selecting any of these new options.- Elven Magic: Some of the woad have a intrinsic connection to magic they focus on rather then training in their culture's traditional weapons. These woad elves receive a +2 racial bonus on caster level checks made to overcome spell resistance. In addition, they receive a +2 racial bonus on Spellcraft skill checks made to identify the properties of magic items. This trait replaces weapon familiarity.
