DESCRIPTION
You tap into the mana flowing throughout the world and destabilize it, causing a zone of wild magic. In addition to functioning as a wild zone, any creature who enters the area or starts their turn in it receives a wild magic surge as if they had casted a spell, rolling on the wild magic surge table.
If a rolled effect is invalid, the wild magic surge's result only takes effect when a valid action is finally taken. The area of the original cast of wildish is considered the area of any wild magic effect that declares a spell's targeted area.
