DESCRIPTION
You call upon the far reaches of the frozen chaos to warp the surrounding area with its revelry and abnormality. The area is filled with winds of windstorm strength, blowing in a random direction each round. Creatures within the area of effect all suffer from one of the following effects at the caster's discretion each turn: vorpal rain (–4 on all Perception checks and ranged attack rolls), howling winds (–8 on Fly skill checks and ranged attack rolls), heavy snow (all terrain is considered difficult), or lightning bolt (as call lightning). The caster may change what each creature is suffering from at the beginning of each round.

While this effect lasts, all elemental damage types are reversed. Fire and cold do eachother's damage type rather then their own, as do earth and wind, light and dark, and electricity and water. Wind under the effect is considered slashing damage and water is considered cold damage.
