Corvinachi (ˈkȯr-və-ˈnä-ˌki)

A stern gaze reaches out from the horizon.

The corvinachi are a reliable and varied sort, spreading themselves far and wide throughout the brigandine as skilled translators and warriors.   Physical Description: Appearing as a variety of flightless, avian humanoids, the corvinachi share most of their features with other avians, cept instead possess a second pair of talons for arms and lack wings. Their feathers and beaks can come in a massive variety of patterns and shapes that is often categorized. Despite having talons, the talons are not sharp enough to be used as weapons like normal birds and are surprisingly smaller then usual and more like nails. The vast majority of their plumage os often on their thighs and upper arms, and they possess tailfeathers, though such feathers are vestigial for the corvinachi and purely for display and appearance as the corvinachi pleases.

Society: Corvinachi are similar to humans in that any original culture or traditions that existed prior to the brigandine have disappeared entirely and the majority of corvinachi live within brigandine kingdoms and countries, assuming the culture of the regions they live in. New habits however have formed such as certain preening techniques and a preference for decoration and accessorizing of tail feathers and their talons, often forsaking even more practical attire to do so, often in an attempt to flaunt stature.   Relations: Corvinachi are in an odd position as a fast spreading people, making them vulnerable to infections and diseases. However they are still considered incredibly competant and astute as civil servants throughout the ages. This has given them notably good relations with many of the primary advocates of the brigandine pact. However they have a visceral reaction when interacting with the archits, due to a historical rival between the original archit empire and the corvinachi people.   Beliefs and Religion: The corvinachi are devout believers in the gods of freedom and travel such as Eve and Detic. Believing that always having somewhere to go means one is never truly in an unwinnable situation, and will always have a way to get back on their feet. Though they have no particular inclinations of morals or ethics, the corvinachi are normally law abiding when it comes to religious laws, though there are still some who take to more cultish behaviour with more extreme deities who portfolio travel.   Adventurers: Corvinachi take a wide arrange of jobs, both civil and adventurous, and those who do take to the road are often successful at most roles, but primarily prefer ones that aren't tied down and can free roam more, such as ranger or hunter.
