Ysra is known to be passionate and gleaming with confidence that of which she tries to encourage others to partake in as well. She encourages strength and happiness within oneself above all else and is happy to share advice to any who need it whether about combat or venting their insecurities. Lots of other teachers are thrown back by her spirited and sometimes loud ways, but she harbors the heart of a heroic spirit who loves to see others succeed. Her teaching methods are typically comprised of rousing speeches, real life experience sharing, and arduous physical and mental challenges. She has a charm and genuine personality that a lot of students and civilians over the years have come to admire. Ysra is easily identifiable by her stature. Standing at 7 feet tall and hosting a sturdy build, she tends to stand out in crowds even when that wasn't her intention. Her blonde hair is well kept and runs down to just above the tailbone. She has a faded scar diagonally across her back from a particularly vicious encounter back in her time as a freelance hero.

Ysra is a talented combatant who has years of experience as an adventurer as well as performance fighter. Given that, she has come to be known as a fearsome warrior with or without weapon, cleaveing enemies with powerful strikes from a blade, or subduing them with complex holds and grapples.

Like all other Heads of House, Ysra has a designated school attire that shares motifs and similarities to the dress code the rest of the House Sönnungr students. When on duty, she adorns the class light undershirt and a crimson jacket, with a fur padding added personally, as well as brown pants and a belt. She wear a personal pair of bracers and her hair is typically kept in a messy ponytail with a red ribbon.
When off duty, she tends to wear athletic shorts or pants and a tight fitting athletic shirt, along with a brown fur collared leather jacket with her personal emblem on the back that of which is also adorned on the side of her airship.

Personal history
Ysra Frostulfdottir is Head of House for Astra Nova's House Sönnungr, having held the position for 2 years. Before this however, Ysra was a highly regarded independent hero, professional wrestler, and owner of her own bar, the Gilded Dragoon, which is actually present on the deck of an airship she owns and used to use as an operating base. From a young age, Ysra had always had troubles and distress growing up. The crushing pressures of those around her in Saitara caused her to constantly doubt who she was and who she was meant to be. By the time she was 16, she discovered the love for her body and who she truly was, shifting mentalities entirely from a stoic teenager to a confident and loving spirit. Spending the next four years growing her skills in battle as well as working on her self image, she became a well respected fighter with an iconic compassionate heart. Spending her time in between sanctioned wrestling matches for crowds, taking up local hero work and investing the funds gained into her own bar, she eventually was offered a position as a teacher at Astra Nova, recognized for her talents and personality. She eagerly accepted, seeing it as a chance to spread her compassion to others and teach important values, quickly and easily making her way in to a perfect seat as Head of House Sönnungr.

Ysra is Astra Nova's physical ed and combat training teacher. Her main role is in helping students learn how to maneuver in tense battles and whilst out in the field, as well as how to properly utilize their weapons and skills in the heat of combat. She teaches students how use their equipment in versatile ways, as well as teach students how to use completely new ones. Most classes are performed outside in the campus field grounds and consist of physical exercises, sparring, and obstacle challenges. As a part time aside of the course, students also learn elements of tactics regarding emotion and expression in and out of combat, including best practices for imposing confidence in battle and how to hold enough authority to instruct civilians to safety in a panic.
