Though known as a short-tempered man in his youth, he became a lawful and cultured man and a hero of prime renown later into his career, known for taking down a Tianshao crime gang on his own he used to be a prominent member of, even losing his eye in the process. Though he comes off as a bit blunt and cold at times, he holds great regards for his fellow coworkers and always looks out for the students, putting his job above all else. How he went from crime-causing youngster, to criminal busting redeemed hero, to a business oriented position like an assistant principal isn't really known. His serious nature in most situations and brute power in combat make him an intimidating man that students who end up trouble dread having to confront due to their actions. He's logic and "no-nonsense," but not ignorant to other's emotions.

Koda is an athletic man, broad shouldered, and covered in scars mostly hidden under his clothes, as well as adorned with dragon inspired tattoos along his right arm and pectoral.

Personal history

"Greyhound" used to be a prominent and skilled member of a large-scale crime syndicate in his youth from the age of 14 all the way up until he was in his late 20s. A bruiser who got the job done no questions asked, the skills in combat he gained made whim a key weapon for the mob boss who had control over him. That was until he met a woman who was the daughter of a guard officer he was supposed to dispose of. In his attempt to slay her father in cold blood in their own home, he ran into her their first. Conflicted over his duty for the first real time, caught between an oath to his boss and the kind relationships he had garnered with both this woman and others she had introduced him to, he decided to spare her father and her, to which she thanked him, promising not to hold the break in against him and cover for him. When he returned to his base, he was scorned and like trash excommunicated for his betrayal, and his own allies were sent upon him to kill him. Escaping with his life, but with one less eye, he hid out, only coming out when he learned his old boss seeked to force him out of hiding by stealing and enacting terrible things on the woman he had grown to have feelings for. Driven by a cold rage, he enacted what has come to be known as the greatest campaign against his old organization anyone has ever heard of, singlehandedly destroying and slaying key members of the gang, rescuing his companion, and slaying his old boss and his loyals. He then fled with her to Sonenheim across the see, starting a new life and marrying her, later finding a job in Astra Nova. It's said that he was Head of House for Corvian for a year or two before stepping away and being replaced by Mr. Kingfisher , taking on a more administrative position.
