Structure

Arch Canon, the highest of mortal divines.

The Darkstar Temple is headed by the Arch Canon, who has absolute power over members of the Temple.

The Circle, three sets of three, and thrice again.

Next is the Circle, a group of twenty seven Priests who advise and assist the Arch Canon in their duties. Upon the death or abdication of an Arch Canon, the Circle elect a new Arch Canon then step down, a new Circle of twenty seven replacing them.

Ordinator General, bronze plated fist of the Darkstar.

Equal to the Circle, the Ordinator General commands the militant Ordinators, who obey without question.

The Ordinator Captain, Judge, Jury, and Inquisitor.

Commander of a Temple Garrison, Ordinator Captains perform an additional role as justices of Temple Law.

High Priests, beacons of the Darkstar in the eternal void.

The local head of a Temple branch, a High Priest is responsible for looking after the priests and laymen under their care, and to induct new members into the Temple hierarchy.

Ordinators, Faith's shield and Heretic's end.

The ordinators are the religious and military police of the Darkstar Temple. They serve to defend the priesthood and Temple grounds from those who seek to defile them, and to enforce Temple Law in the Penumbral Houses. Some garrisons have been known to go out of their way to hunt down the heretical Shadows.
