Completing missions as efficiently and well as possible without losing any members of her team. Her subordinates are very important to her, she treats them as her siblings in arms and looks out for them, as most of them are younger than her and obviously less experienced. A lot of the members of her team also have difficult family relationships, either due to their job or from before. Although Drifeyer is a rather wealthy and peaceful country, there are still those who suffer neglect or who become orphans. It's often people like this who have nowhere to go who end up in the special team and Lerym looks out for them.
