Jaaf has a strong grip on earth magic and can use it well, which is quite remarkable for her age.
Failures & Embarrassments
She didn't go undetected when she stole the cup and didn't collapse one of the tunnels entirely, leaving traces behind. These traces were discovered and followed back to Mivian.

Motivation
Jaaf took the mission to steal the cup (without knowing what exactly she is stealing) because there would be a big reward if she's successful and that in turn would help her family, not only economically but it would elevate their status.

Family Ties
She's very close with her family. Jaaf has two siblings, both younger than her, a brother and a sister. They play together a lot and Jaaf would make toys for them out of clay or wet earth, sometimes holding them together with her magic or making them move with it. Her siblings look up to her and her parents are proud of her, especially her magical abilities.
