Amulet of the Ages

No one is quite sure how Vaughn Skylar found this Amulet, nor how he discovered within it gift of immortality. However, it is due to this that experts in the Arcane have arisen, and new advancements in both technology and arcane magic have been established.

Significance

This Amulet is what gave Vaughn Skylar the ability to live for centuries, allowing him to become the first Master of the Arcane and teach dozens of generations of new Wizards.
After Vaughn disappeared, the Amulet found its way into the hands of the Blackwoods, who discovered the Divine power that the Amulet could provide, which led to the creation of the Clerics and Paladins, who helped put a peaceful end to the Century's War.
