Vespera, Lady of the Night

Vespera is revered as the enigmatic Goddess of Night, thieves, and shadows. She embodies the mysteries of the night, the subtlety of shadows, and the cunning of thieves. She is often depicted as a figure cloaked in darkness, with eyes that gleam like stars, symbolizing her omnipresence in the night.
Followers of Vespera, known as the Night’s Whisperers, are typically rogues, spies or others who operate under the cover of darkness. They seek her favor for successful heists, stealthy movements, and protection from the dangers that lurk in the shadows. Vespera’s temples are hidden in plain sight, often disguised as ordinary buildings or concealed within the depths of cities.
Her teachings emphasize the value of secrecy, the power of knowledge, and the importance of adaptability. Vespera’s blessings are said to grant enhanced night vision, increased agility, and the ability to move unseen. Rituals dedicated to her are performed at midnight, involving the lighting of black candles and the offering of stolen goods.
Vespera’s influence extends beyond mere thievery; she is also a guardian of secrets and a patron of those who navigate the delicate balance between light and dark.
