Restrock Keep

Restrock Keep is the newly-appointed headquarters of the Coalition after their fallout with the Consort. Currently, the majority of the forces reside in hastily-constructed barracks or tents while the keep expands.  The Keep also serves as a logistics harbor for Cogys trade ships, moving goods between Berak via Northpass and Amyhra via @Cliffpass.
