The Eternal Library is the ruling government of Cogys . All the knowledge gleaned from the world, whether it be from relics deep within ancient ruins or current affairs on the other nations and peoples they have encountered, are kept here, tightly locked and heavily guarded so that only those deemed worthy can access it. Incredible feats of magic and science are blended together, granting its members the ability to overcome the harsh natural reality of Aroka. These benefits are widespread throughout their nation and even those outside of it, especially Amyhra, get bits and pieces of their impressive technology. Only the wisest and most knowledgeable among them determine who can recieve what benefits from their discoveries, carefully allowing the world to benefit from their efforts without granting anyone the power to disrupt their work.
