Tar'Kanis

A Dragonborn warrior from the frigid north. He joined the Covenant of the Veiled Coin in Southport as part of the crew of the Draugr. Tar'Kanis proved himself against a pirate attack, and again in the battle to save the bronze dragon from evil adventurers. He has shown himself to be simple-minded, but with a good and just heart. In battle (and occasionally outside of battle), he appears to be posessed by some spirit. That same spirit, of an old dragonborn matriarch, harasses and distracts his enemies in battle.
He was given a magical sword by the dragon Quelsanroth and named the sword after him.
Tar'Kanis delivered the killing blow against the Kraken Priest, and was instrumental in the defeat of the kraken cult. After returning to Southport, he chose to remain with the covenant of the veiled coin and spent his downtime researching paranormal events in the city. When the group was hired for the mistlands expedition, he joined them on the Draugr and ventured forth into the unknown with them and his old crew.
Tar'Kanis was one of the surviving members of the expedition into the mistlands. He returned to Arlyss with information gathered during the expedition and was granted a small estate in the north for his service.
