Diadic Throne

A marriage of two nobles is nothing knew be it in any kingdom. However, a this marriage created the union known as The Diadic Throne joined the grand duchy of Nithu and the kingdom of Olska . Assaults from the Ulodana via their march from the steppes of Topologia. As time has waned the institutions of this region fractured and fractured to the point where the grand duchy of Nithu has not had it's lands ruled by the de jure rulers of Olska. Olska curiously elects it's leaders with each noble getting a single vote. The election of outsiders is not uncommon.
The newly crowned king Hen Valo (a Trisi) and his wife Catheri (a Sealian) of the a noble house has, most likely via her desires, set it to make true on his crowned right and reclaim those lands.
