The Petty Kings

In a state where the lines between civil war and war have blurred entirely the area known as The Petty Kings is a land of constantly shifting, alliances, and borders. Humans are said to be unlike most as they do not have a unified...anything. These differences have sparked constant conflict and forged many alliances. The one known time of peace was that under the Fallen Empire. With many divisions it is hard to say if the land will ever see peace again - unless its subjugated once more.
