Lo'aur Day

The last day of Darkar (4th Ra’ay) is Lo’aur Day. Lo’aur Day is rumored to be the darkest day of the year, when the veils between one world and the next are thinnest. It is an ill-omened day, but it is also a day for letting down barriers/inhibitions (hence, costume parties are popular ways to spend the evening—safely indoors). Lo’aur day is holy to Shursa, Kaernlan, Yornirel, and Sulchrir.
