Festival of the Winds
On this festival day, just about every possible spot is strewn with wind chimes, wind socks, and all manner of decorations meant to blow in the wind. If the day is still, without any breeze, it is considered an omen of a late-winter snow and unusually cold spring and late thaw. Dances, all manner of contests with swords, and riddle-games are popular on this day. The Festival of the Winds is holy to Estir.
