Festival of the Coins
Holy to Iiran and Hrerir, this is a day for celebrating prosperity by sharing with the less fortunate. Many coins are given away and most towns hold huge, community feasts where even the poorest beggars are welcomed. There are many games for children to play, prizes often being wooden or clay coins which can be traded in for sweets or toys. Bakers traditionally offer many cakes and cookies patterned after coins.
