Numulinth

Overview

The ancient capital of the Elves, Numulinth is intertwined with old and powerful magic. The city is home to the Elven Council, the main leaders of the Elves until the civil war. Each council member is a master of one school of magic, and all actions must be approved by all members to be enacted. This has left the city vastly wealthy and magical, but without drive or purpose. Instead its magic users and resources sit eternally idle as its own citizens live in happiness, but those outside, even in their own nation, struggle.
