New Pathos

Overview

Founded in 106 AE, New Pathos was meant to act as a magical city beyond anything seen before. The Eternal Empire poured money into its construction, assuring it's only superior was the Eternal City itself. In addition New Pathos settup many temples and fortified keeps nearby to secure it in case of invasion. During the Age of Winter the city was always on the brink of complete collapse, and only now is beginning to recover from its ancient and vast port. Despite this it has always acted as the Southern Remnant capital city, as the Eternal City itself is no longer available for use. However much of the original magic of the city no longer exists and so it is outshined by the Town of Dragon's Bane nearby. It is ruled by Emperor Byo VIII.
