Overview
The town of Dragon's Bane was founded by the adventurering party now referenced by the same name. Originally it was a temple built in conjunction with New Pathos which was then forgotten and overrun with monsters until those heroes cleared it out. From there it was converted into a base, then a small town, and now its almost a small city. Mining and farming of the nearby area are used to fuel its massive forges and feed its populace. The town is dominated by the Library of Frelser, The Academy of Alba, The Keep of Gunku, and the Wall of Tower. The 3 central buildings named for a member of the party handle the most important parts of the town's function. At the academy new magic users of all types are taught to hone their skills to fufill their duty as the next generation of heroes. The keep acts as both the town hall and a military academy, where miltia men, guards, and future martial heroes are trained to protect the nearby lands and far beyond them. The Library of Frelser acts as a place of learning and knowledge above all else, and with minimal effort one can gain access to many of its volumns. Finally the high wall enclosing most of the city with magical protections added to it is lightly guarded, as the godly protection placed upon the city does more than a hundred trained warriors could ever do.
The center of the city is still built upon and descends into the original temple there, and just outside the center you will find the main residential areas as well as the great forges of the town, further out the middle class of the city stays, manning all manner of shops, taverns, construction workers and guard positions. The city's crime is almost non-existant, and many consider it to be the leading city of the age.
