Castle Bu'sha

The Bu'sha castle was designed to house the three families fleeing the civil war in Spirit. Some Animen considered the families traitors for abandoning their responsibilities to the city of Spirit, and it was set on fire before it finished. The three families, fearing for their lives decided to move more inland where it woul be easier to defend and harder to find. This new location became the City of Gaia.   While not as large as other castles in Argeddon, Bu'sha was still a substantial project. It was designed with three wings. Similarly shaped to the letter 'E', facing north. The front of the castle would consist of a large dining hall for celebrations, as well as have a Hall with two thrones per family to sit and recieve guests and listen to grievances. Between the three wings would be gardens of trees, hedges, flowers, and fountains to keep the families cool in the summer. On the east side is a lake that townsfolk frequent in summer to cool off.   All that remained after the fire is an ashen frame and some stonework outlining the entire building, as well as unused building materials. The stone was left where it lay in piles. Nature has reclaimed the area, but is still recognizable as a landmark to orient travellers due to the tall framework and the half done stone walls.   During festivals, the townsfolk of Bu'sha and Do'tun will gether here to celebrate the Gods together, oftern trading goods and meeting up with friends and family from the different towns. For this reason the area is kept clear of trees. Farmers sometimes let their farm animals graze in the area before the festival to shorten the grass and bushes.   While Gaia and Spirit have an alliance currently, they are not overly warm towards the other due to this rocky history, and citizens maintain a slight disgust for the other city.
