Beranek Bog

The Beranek Bog is a hot, saltwater wetland located in the south of Argeddon, just north of Seerin Isle and Yorgen. It is home to many large leafed plants, and poisonous critters such as bugs, lizards, snakes, and frogs. Larger creatures include monkeys, tigers, panthers, elephants, cassowary, capybara, parrots, and anteaters to name a few.
Within the expansive Bog contains the small Beranek Sea. There have been attempts to construct a colony at this sea, but the bog has proved too dangerous for humans and the project has long been abandoned. There are also noticeable rivers within the bog that slowly carry the water out to the Endless Sea. If there were no piranhas, the rivers would be most relaxing.
The Dakhu plateau hits maximum height within the bog, creating spectacular waterfalls. A small Rojust town named Cliff-Burr sits atop the plateau, overlooking the wetland and able to forsee most attacks, whether they are human or animal.
Unique fruit can be found in this bog, such as mangos, dragonfruit, and jackfruit. Ere also exists an extemsive amount of mushrooms and herbs which can have varying degrees of hallucinogenics- popular among religious circles. many herbs in the bog can assist with different ailments for humans and Animen.
The bog is mainly shared by two Kingdoms- Rojust and Seerin Isle. Since they maintain an alliance there are no border issues even though the borders are estimated on paper.
It is said that screaming can be heard in the bog at night from drowned souls, and a beautiful ghost woman will lead you to Beranek Sea and drown you. While it is not illegal to venture into the bog, it is considered most unwise lest you become trapped forever among the dark green, broad leaves.
