The Court of the Dragon King

Founding

The Court of the Dragon King was established for High King Endrik the Pious of Abenton by Saint Urik of Orliac, an incarnation of Islik the Divine King. The castle was designed and constructed in a little over four years, and completed with items crafted specifically for a nobleman with the divine blood of Islik himself. Saint Urik constructed the Dragon Throne, the Sun Crown, the Sword of the Morning, and the Scaled Scepter, referred collectively as the Dragon's Panapoly. Abenton's resurgence leads to warfare in the Lakelands that results in the death of Endrik's son, Valleon the Bold, and the loss of much of the Dragon's Panapoly. The Crown was taken to Aramon, the Sword to Greyvale, and the Throne and Scepter remaining with Abenton until the latter is lost as well.
