Glimmer

Prismatic crystals which grow naturally in the Velden Isles. Rumour has it the crystals grow under a shrine of Lliira. Instils a blistering euphoria in users and an urge to dance and sing, and it's use is common on religious holidays. The crystals are typically ground up into a powder and added to drinks such as tea. The powder can also be snorted which leads to a stronger experience but this is often seen as undignified.
