The Fall of the Üth Empire

Era beginning/end

The Üth Empire had fallen, its former territory splintered into countless city-states, nations, and kingdoms. This marked the end of the Age of Steel, and the beginning of the Current Era.

The Üth Empire, a shadow of its former self, was shattered into multiple smaller kingdoms where former Üth lords commanded the rulership of. By this point the northern half of the empire had already quietly broken apart into the city-states and nations that would eventually form the Braccian League.   The relentless attacks from the Ascomanni, the squabbling of the remaining lords, being cut off from their supply of black steel, losing the trade of their northern vassals, and countless other issues eventually caused the empire to collapse upon itself.
