A rotund, jolly, blue dragonborn merchant who makes his home in Castellana , Belyax is one of the friendliest people you've ever met. The dragonborn was in Baroness Estefania Riego's throne room the night Muriel and the criminals attempted to break in. He seemed to be having a very heated discussion with Estefania, and it was not going his way.
