Baroness Estefania Riego

A loud, curt, no-nonsense woman, Estefania Riego is one of the Baronesses that run the merchant's guild of Castellana . This merchant's guild is the de facto leadership of Castellana, where the city's laws and decisions are made by the merchants guild. Many people aren't exactly sure what Baroness Riego's actual duties within the guild are, though she is one of the most public figures of the barons and baronesses.
She is a middle aged woman with hair grayer than normal for her age. Despite being one of the heads of the merchant's guild and a very public figure, the baroness keeps a rather simple appearance up. Simple silks with no special ornamentation, and she keeps her graying hair in a frazzled bun.
Muriel, along with a band of criminals with similar goals, broke into Estefania's estate on the same night that Theste was visiting. Ibeus is currently her court wizard, and Bérenger was in the manor's prison: the goal of the couple criminals that broke into the place.
